At 45 days and again at 11 months after your home’s closing anniversary, our specialized A-Team—comprised of experienced warranty managers and trade partners—conducts a thorough review of your home. This elite team assesses their own work and addresses any concerns that may have arisen since your move-in, ensuring your home continues to function as intended.
